If I met a girl names Sai, I’d pronounce it "sigh" and I would assume it was some kind of interesting ethnic name, probably Asian. I would hope she had a loooooong last name to balance it out, though. Sai VanWinkerschnitzel works, while Sai Brown is kind of, well, short.

Shoot, I was going to suggest Saiko for the first name http://www.babynamesworld.com/meaning_of_Saiko.html but that’s pronounced an awful lot like Psycho, isn’t it! Stick with Sai! It’s great. It’s totally growing on me.
