Petra & Pavel vs. Petra & Pavlo vs. Petra & Pablo

Girl/boy twins :D our baby girl will be called Petra Roxanna (hubby is Russian and wants to spell it the Russian way: Roksana :/ wdyt? Personally I think her name is Russian enough, as its still common in Russia - I’m English, we live in England) and our boy will be called Pavel, Pavlo or Pablo :) his middle name will be either Alexander (hubby wants to spell it Russian way Aleksander :/) or Alexei (pronounced A-lex-ee-ay) thanks alot for your help! ~Ivan & Isobel!

But, the only name I have a problem with the spelling is Roksana ... any of the other names are fine. Sorry, but Roksana looks especially unattractive, imo.
