Yes I would! It happened to be my grandmothers middle name! She went by her mn of Ruth, because her mother named her Frederica!!! She really hated her fn!!!
I actually like it as a hyphenated name.

Yes. Probably not my first, or second, or third, but Ruth would definitely come before Mykinley or Harper or Peyton or Izzabell or any of these other weirdo modern names (sorry to anyone who likes them).

Honestly, I don’t love the way Ruth sounds. But I love the Biblical aspect to it and I love the story behind it. Growing up, I used to watched those Bible short movies and I always loved the Ruth and Esther ones. And so when I hear the name Ruth and I think of that, it has this understated pretty/beauty to it, even though I don’t really like how it sounds. But I would actually consider it as a middle name.
