Neither of those is particularly girly, think you’d want a clearly girly name for your first girl but those are both kinda boyish

Shelby makes me think of a sweet southern girl. Good choice :) Shelby Blair flows really well btw.

I would go with Shelby because it’s more girly, although I love Blair.

Blair is a boys name, unisex at best.
