Baby sister for vs. James, Gretchen and Elise
Hello. We now know we our expecting a baby girl in August and would like to come up with some name possibilities in advance and then see which name she suits. It is becoming very difficult to predict hair colour in our family as Gretchen is a red head, Lissy has black hair and Jimmy has sandy hair. We already have three children but this one will likely be our last. Any ideas? My husband likes Ruby but it is a little overused here for me. Thanks from Amelia and John

Charlotte has always been one of my favorite names, and I think it goes well with your other children’s names.
I think it would suit someone with either light blonde or black hair. You’ll just have to wait and see what she’s like. GL!
Sorry, I forgot to mention that Charlotte is one of those names I just have a pet hate for, probably for no reason aha. Thanks though!
James, Gretchen, Elise and Anna, Sabrina, Eleanor, Ruth, Miriam, Naomi, Phoebe, Tabitha, Clara, Alice, Cora, Jenna, Katherine, Danielle, Leona, Fiona, Lilah, Lillian, Caroline or Carrie. Like any?
I like Eleanor and Ruth. I worry that Katherine will be shortened to Kate and my sister’s name is Miriam nn Mimi. Thank you
Lucille, Lucia, Lucinda, Vivian, Mirabel, Laura, Josephine, Johannah, Felicity or Ivy.
Sorry, none of those work for us but thank you for commenting.
I think Ruth is beautiful! Victoria, Renee, Natasha, Alexandra/Alexandria, Jana, Ivette, Faith, Hope, Hannah or Penelope.
Does Camilla work for you? I think it’s great on a person with blonde or brown hair. GL again!
I like Alexandria a lot but feel it might be a bit much compared with our other kids names. I really dislike Camilla, sorry posters. Thank you again
Sophie, Talia, Leah, Aubrey, Olivia, Martha, Isla, Vera or Larissa.
Sorry not really a fan of those names but thank you for commenting. I know I am starting to sound fussy aha
Norah, Claire, Tessa, Rebekah, Ariel, Sarah, Cara or Tara
Our cat is called Tessa. None of the others stand out, so sorry. Thank you
Lily, Isabella, Esther, Violet, Amy, Emily, Emma, Jane, June, Samantha, Paige, Bethany and Dahlia.
We like Emily but probably don’t want another E name, sorry. My sisters are called Violet and Jane. The other names we just would not use but thank you
Melissa, Melanie, Chloe, Zoe, Ella or Julie.
We like Melanie. Thank you
Oh my. You really don’t like Charlotte or Camilla? Well, what about Christine? I think it’s best on a blondie or a brunette.
Rosalie, Sienna, Alana, Valerie and Lena.
I love Christine and the nickname Chrissy but the hubby finds it old fashioned. I think it would go great with our kids names too. So far he like Ruby but I don’t. We both like Ruth. I like Christine, he doesn’t. Thank you poster
Sorry, don’t like the list starting with Rosalie. Thank you though
Halle, Brooke, Allison and Susan.
Again, none of those stand out for us. But thank you!
Hazel, Mabel, Beatrice, Jill, Kelly, Stacey, Rachel and Georgia.
Lorraine, Amanda, Sarah and Victoria.
Pippa, Audrey and Marina.
I was going to say Rachel or Lucy, Christa, Poppy, Holly, Heather, Jessa, Leta, Lana, Chelsea
