Names vs. Like vs. Seeley

I LOVE the name Seeley. The meaning, the sound, everything. But my wife hates it. So I need some ideas for older gender neutral names that aren’t incredibly popular currently. Thanks!

How about a name like Cecilia or Celia or Celina and call her Seeley yourself?

I saw your question but have taken a LONG time to reply, sorry, as older gender neutral names are NOT my specialty! I also love the meaning "Blessed" so here are five fairly gender neutral names (although personally I would only ever use the first 2 with Boys) that have a "Blessed" sort of meaning:

Asher~ Hebrew "happy; blessed"

Tully~ Irish "at peace with God; blessed"

Selvi~ Indian "happy, prosperous daughter" (my pick for your daughter!)

Sayén~ Mapuche "sweet, lovable, warm; openhearted woman" (my second choice for your daughter.)

Sayeko~ Japanese "blessed and helpful child"
