Two middle names vs. One middle name vs. PLEASE HELP

We are having a precious baby boy soon. We have 3 daughters and 1 son. Our son has just one middle name : Gavin John, but my hubby is John William Thomas. We gave Gavin his first name as a middle, but now we can’t decide what to do for this boy. We like Cole William, but we also Like Cole Thomas. Friends and family both say differently, but some say we should just use both. What you think about having two middle names? Too long, or very handsome? Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Dana and John

We have a boy named Tyler James and a girl named Gypsie Jade. Expecting our 3rd, which is a boy. I'm in love with the name Olly, but my partner thinks Gypsie and Olly are unique names and Tyler is not, so it won't feel right. So he wants an ordinary name. Please help with something unique but ordinary.
Baby Name Genie:
In the space between unique and ordinary is a special category of names I think of as "antiques." They are familiar and well-used names that are not widely in use these days. For your son, I give you Oscar Jude - a perfectly ordinary, unique name.
