Elsa is an easier name to pronounce and it flows nicely.

I think Elsa just looks and sounds prettier all together. I don’t think Elspeth is very attractive.

I do prefer Elsa, only reason is a know an Elsbeth and she’s quite the b*

Elsa is much prettier.
I think the ’th’ always sounds like someone has a speech impediment and lisps.

Elspeth sounds old-fashioned.
