Alessandra, IMO, would be best in the long run. I love Sebastian, I just don’t like the female version - as with many other names (Josephine, Justine...etc). With only one letter separating it from Sebastian, I wouldn’t go for it.

I’ve never heard of Sebastiana. I think its lovely and certainly unique, while still being a classic name.
