Should we give vs. new name or vs. keep old one?

I have 4 kids named Aidan Parker (14), Erica Francesca (11), James Cooper (We call him by his middle name because James is ridiculously overused, he’s 9) and Cora Kennedy (7). I recently married a man named Mark, and he has 2 kids himself. There’s Alexis Mae (16) and Max Cole (10). We are adopting a girl who is 12, and her given name was Tammy Grace. Do you think we should keep it or change it? It’s not our favorite name, but since she is 12, we feel it might be a big change. What do you think? If you say to change it, would you leave an opinion on names below? Thanks :) -Libby

Emma in Western Australia
We have a boy named Tyler James and a girl named Gypsie Jade. Expecting our 3rd, which is a boy. I'm in love with the name Olly, but my partner thinks Gypsie and Olly are unique names and Tyler is not, so it won't feel right. So he wants an ordinary name. Please help with something unique but ordinary.
Baby Name Genie:
In the space between unique and ordinary is a special category of names I think of as "antiques." They are familiar and well-used names that are not widely in use these days. For your son, I give you Oscar Jude - a perfectly ordinary, unique name.
