We had basically decided yesterday on Eleanor Claire with the nickname Nora for our sweet baby girl. However, today, we came across Caroline Jean with the nickname "Cara" and we fell in love. Please help! We haven’t a clue what to do. Too bad it’s not twins :-) Big sis is Grace. Thanks!

When i hear Eleanor i was not a fan. At all! As I was writing Cara for my vote I actually really like Nora for a nick name and even Ella. Hard decision ! Sorry I’m no help.

I’d prefer to be named Caroline rather than Eleanor, it just sounds softer and sweeter to me. :)
