Second vs. Guessing vs. Our Daughter’s name

Our due date is excitingly (and scarily!) close for our first child and its a precious little girl, we immediately knew we wanted a Rose name, but nothing overly seen or popular. Secondly, I wanted to honor Rachel Barber therefore we now decided to use Rachel or Rachelle for the middle name. We were in love with the name Everose, but now that I know she can come whenever she pleases, Im not so in love with it anymore. So we expanded our first name list and I will post it in the first comment along with my thoughts on it. Can you please tell me your own and your favorite? Thanks~ Stressed Mommy to Be

The Top Baby Name is...

Our Daughter’s

Our List
Everose- tacky or romantic?

Rosa - I feel it might be too old lady

Rosabel- are Bell names too overdone?

Rosia - we like both pronunciation Ro-zee-uh as well as Ro-zhuh, which do you like better?

Roses - I think it’s funkier than just Rose and in a way I like that it sounds like Moses (a boys name I love but couldn’t use) She can be Rosie or Sissy

Tell me what you think and be honest please!

I quite like Everose, it’s romantic.
Everose Rachel is lovely.

Rosa is sweet but quite common, in my opinion. I’m not a big fan do Rosabel or Rosia.

Roses is a cute idea.
Everose and Roses would be my picks and Everose is better that Roses in my opinion.

I read a book with a character called Laterose and I think the Everose is nicer but with a similar fairytale aspect.

Everose - absolutely gorgeous, I’m in love with this name!

Rosa - Love it! I feel that the ’a’ makes it more modern, and it’s a beautiful name!

Rosabel - looks a little made up to me (sorry!)

Rosia - again with the made up, but it is pretty

Roses - doesn’t seem like a name IMO

Hope this was helpful!

Is it pronounce eh-vuh-rose? If so I love it. Eve-rose is iffy to me.
I think Roses is pretty cool!

Rosa is nice. Older names are coming back in a big way, so it wouldn’t be out of place.

Rosalie is another Rose- name that’s really pretty.

Or you could make Rose part of a double first name.

Clara Rose
Leah Rose
Rosa Jane
Eva Rose
Ivy Rose

Either Rosa Rachel or Rosia Rachel.

Everose isn’t too bad, I don’t like Rosabel, and Roses isn’t good imo.

So top 3 so far would be
Everose Rachel
Rosa Rachelle
And Roses Rachel .
Thanks so much i really appreciate everyone’s help!
Rosalie in any form is very common, Roseann just makes me think of Roseann Barr, Im not a fan of Lind names, and I actually like Rosaria but we like Rosalia more however we love the name Dahlia for a future daughter and its too close.

Oh and we dont like Primrose however we do love Briar Rose as well, but its quite low on our list.

I think Everose Rachel would be lovely!

Also, Everly Rachel Rose would be gorgeous too but you may not be keen on a double middle name.

Good Luck and dont stress! You’ll find the perfect name for her!

Use Rosa!

Everose and Roses are too made-up sounding.
