Polly is the only spelling I would consider. Paulie looks male.

Polly is terrible for a girl I’m sorry (that includes all other spellings). It sounds like an old man and woman name to me, not a cute little girl or a pretty young woman. She will be embarassed. I was going to say she’ll probably end up using her middle name, but Anne is very boring and not pretty at all either.
