Kieran is a boys’ name. Ophelia is nice, but a bit too frilly for my tastes. Harper Juliet is great.

Ophelia is a great underused choice! Harper would also be ok, but not Kieran.

Harper is one of the most common girls names right now. I agree that it’s masculine, but most people will recognize it as feminine (sort of like Morgan). Kieran will always be assumed to be a boy.
