Isabelle looks more feminine and beautiful to me. For some reason every time I see Isabel I think of Israel!

To me, Isabel is the English spelling and Isabelle the French spelling. And since Beatrice is spelt the English way (ie. no accent), then I think Isabel should be too.

Isabel doesn’t look as beautiful as Isabelle! However, I used Isobelle as I love that even more! It takes away the "is-A-bell conotation, which some people are childish enough to say! I beleive the Isobelle version is Scotish!
