Best vs. names vs. Ever

I have no clue what direction I am heading in with names for my first child. I need the best names you have ever seen. Or the weirdest names you have ever seen. Whatever stands out in your mind as a very memorable name. I do tend to prefer gender neutral names but I am not completely cutting off the possibility of other names so suggest those too. Thanks!
