I think the pairs are much too similar.

Lily and Isolde are my favourite

The pronunciation is nice but it would constantly be mispronounced, especially by children (unless you are actually living in France) I agree with Lily & Thea they are similar in length and style but not too matchy!

I actually adore the name Isolde and would vote for that in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, Isobel is much more commonplace compared to Isolde. I vote for Dorothea and Theodora. I find the suggested Lily and Thea to be a bit...meh.
