Continue With vs. Javi?

Hello, my name is Emily and my husband is named Juan. We have a son together named Julio and we are now expecting our 2nd boy! We really were wondering if we should continue the J/H theme (J’s are pr. as H’s in Hispanic language), since my husband and our first son both have a J/H name. So if we do, we will probably use Javi (ha-vee) or Javier (ha-vee-air) with the nn Javi. What do you think?

I don’t think you should carry on with the theme because all the names will then sound too similar.

i disagree. there is a clear difference between Juan, Julio, and Javier. Go for it!
