Noah-Rose vs. Gemma-Rose
We are trying to decide between these two names! I love the both but I feel like Noah-Rose could be to long but Gemma is quite common where I am from and I want something a bit more unique. Please don’t tell me that Noah is a boys name!! If you have any suggestions for one syllable names instead of Rose, let us know :)
The Top Baby Name is...

Gemma Rose. I wouldn’t have a problem really with Noa spelling, but, (wait for it)...Noah is a VERY popular boy name. Has been for a LONG time, and it probably isn’t going away from popularity for boys for a LONG time. Use Gemma. Why would you want your daughter to have a super popular boy name, even if it is spelled ’girly’???? GL.

Thanks for your feedback but I know that Noah is a popular boys name, that’s why I’ve asked for people not to point it out!

Noah-Rose just doesn’t flow well. It doesn’t roll of the tongue like Gemma-Rose does. I like Noah on a girl though!

I love both, and since Noa is a girls name, Noah can be one to. I do prefer Gemma-Rose though.

Why be in denial of the obvious. Just cause people don’t point it out, won’t make it less of a popular boy name.

I’m not in denial thanks, I’m fully aware its a popular boys name but I’m not having a boy and we have finalised between these to names. We desperately need a name and I just didn’t want people posting pointless comments about it being a boys name that aren’t actually going to add to the discussion!!
