Rory vs. Roe vs. SUGGESTIONS?

We decided on the name Monroe for our second son. We are just stuck on nicknames! (which are family policy). So far we came up with Rory and Roe. Any other suggestions? Preferably not starting with M, since our older boy is named Montague "Monty". X

Firstly I think Montague is very cool especially with Monty for short, but I think Monroe is a mistake. Firstly it is much more associated as a girls name. Especially after the icon Marilyn Monroe....
I would have though you should stick with something equally powerful as Montague (Monty)

May I suggest some ideas?

Cassius ( Casey)
Percival ( Percy)
Berkeley ( Clay)
Warwick (Ricky)
Augustus (Gus)

Like any....?

My favourite here is Augustus!

Montague and Augustus are very handsome together

Monty and Gus are also cute for brothers... GL!

I totally agree with poster one. Montague is probably the coolest name I’ve heard on this site today, but Monroe is a big no. Not only because of the whole Marilyn Monroe thing, but also Montague and Monroe both start with Mon-, they are just way too close. What other names were you considering?

If you like the nickname Roe, what about the name Deveraux (dev-ver-O)?
It’s unique and cool like Montague but not too closet to it like Monroe is and you can still call him Roe. Or if you like Dev. Do you like Deveraux?
