There are some names that work with initial nicknames, but yours do not. I love Ethan Victor but "EV" just is dumb and takes away from the handsome name.

The nicknames are a force. I love Timothy Stanford, just call him Tim

EV is fine, the others are a bit cumbersome.
Perhaps you’d like just "E" or "C"?

Ethan Victor is an okay name, but E.V. is a terrible nickname. C.W. is a cute name, but the name Craig is so boring! It’s my husband’s name, and I hate calling him it, so I call him Wally instead. (Inside joke)
I think your best bet is Timothy Stanford, which is very handsome, but I just dislike the nickname T.S. Anything wrong with calling him Tim/Timmy or maybe Mo?

I really like Ethan Victor, but if you go around calling him E.V people will think you have a girl named Evie.

There isn’t anything wrong with Tim or Timmy or Mo(this one is pretty cute actually) but I just really love initials, I’m not sure why! I do like Callum but I don’t think it flows well with Warren. Maybe Callum Wallace "C.W." would be better?? I tend to like more "different" initial nicknames, like not A.J. or C.J. But if these all don’t sound good, then I would really appreciate some first/middle name combos that might make better nicknames!!
