I like Everett best. I think it’s the most handsome of the choices, and I think it will age nicely. Best of Luck!

I think Everett is nice! After I read these names I thought of these other names:
Bennett
Preston
Blake
Keaton
Gabriel
Channing
Wesley
Vincent

Go with your spelling of Griffin if you go with that one, not Gryphon as suggested above. He is a child, not a mythical creature.
I like Deacon best though.

1) Everett is a handsome, strong, and likeable name. No negative or odd associations with this name. It stands alone.
2) Deacon is second choice. Makes me think of the services to the church.
3) Griffon makes me think of Griffondor or a garden ornament.
