I like both Zachary and Oliver however I think Zachary Kai Hunter sounds better but when your son is born you will know for sure :)

If you say just the first name with your last name (which is how he will be referred to most of his life), Zachary works better. Oliver is a great name, though, but it ends in -er just like Hunter.
