Do They vs. Sound Silly?

Hey everyone! We are going to be welcoming two little boys into our family but we’re having some concerns about their names. Our first is about their first names, we love the names Nolan, Mason, Ethan, and Gavin but we don’t think any of them flow with our last name, Sagan. Do you think any of them flow or should we completely start over? Our second concern is about their middle names, we are using my father’s name as one of their middle names for sure but we are running into some problems with a middle name for our other little one. My husband and I had planned on using his father’s name (it is also my husband’s middle name) however his mother and step-father think we should use his step-father’s name as he has been in his life for a long time. We don’t want to cause issues with our family, should we consider using two middle names for both boys? Or just drop honoring family members in their names? Sorry about the lengthy post but thank you for your comments! ~Shannon

Genie's Mailbag

Dear Genie, I need you to help me find a Greek name for a girl. I've already used Theodore and Sebastian for her siblings. But every other Greek girl's name I see is either too pretentious, hard to pronounce, or just too popular now. The only name I can picture using is Caroline, but it's not Greek!
Baby Name Genie:
The Greeks would name her Charissa Zoe. Then, they would stuff her in a wooden horse and give her to the Trojans. So, my advice would be to borrow the name but not the rest of their tactics.
