Matilda Heather vs. Other Heather

Hi! We love Matilda for our baby girl but we’d like some opinions. Do you think Matilda Heather flows? Will Matilda age well? And does it go with big brothers Oliver and Elliot? If you answer "no" to some or all, please give some other ideas (Heather must stay). No nicknames will be used so please do not suggest any! Thanks!

Taking into consideration that Heather must stay as the middle name, NO Matilda does not flow well with Heather at all.
I love Matilda but dislike Heather. Yes, Matilda goes well with Oliver & Elliot.
Other suggestion...
Madeleine Heather

We don’t mind Madeleine but we don’t like how it always gets shortened to Maddie which we hate

We only like Olivia but that’s way too close to Oliver’s name. Alyssa isn’t bad, but I just have some serious bad connections with the name & the other two are not our style at all

We don’t mind Madeleine but we hate Maddie which is inevitable; Madison is not our style at all. We like old fashioned names rather than unisex or trendy ones.

Please do not give suggestions if you think the name flows, it will age well, and or goes with Oliver & Elliot. We really do love the name but just wanted to see

Well screw you! Matilda spunds and looks hideous. I think of an ol. ugly woman. So go ahead and yiu girl that. Also, the name Oliver is such a sissy boy name. Not masculine at all!

First of all, there is no need to be rude. If you don’t like the name there is a nicer, classier way to put it. Secondly, Oliver is already born and there is no changing his name; that’s very immature of you to have to stoop to that level to insult our son’s name.

Blah , blah , blah...

Oliver is a sissy boy name

Elliot is very nerdy

Matilda is an old ugly woman name

You truly need help!

Please leave my poll. You are clearly an immature child who has nothing better to do. The fact that you have to make fun of our boys’ names is saddening that you have nothing better. If anyone needs the help, it’s truly you. Isn’t this site supposed to be HELPFUL?

Matilda is a fantastic name and fits absolutely perfectly with Oliver and Elliot!
My only issue is with Heather. It doesn’t fit with Matilda and screams 1980’s and would only really fit with other names from that decade so if it must stay then don’t let it alter your feelings on Matilda because Matilda is great and the first name is much more important anyway.

We know Heather is pretty dated as a name, but it was my mother’s name and since she will not meet her granddaughter, we want her to be a part of her name. Thank you for your kind opinion!

Personally I’ve always considered Matilda a tad heavy and clunky sounding. The only part of it I do like is the nn Tilly, though I completely understand your desire not to use nicknams.

Do you like Harriet at all, or is the alliteration with Heather a little offputting for you?

Matilda Heather is a beautiful name and perfect with Oliver and Elliot.

I would keep Matilda Heather..very sweet and pretty. I like how Heather softens up Matilda and it matches well with her brothers’ names which are very handsome.
