Maylynne rose vs. Serenity anna

me and my boyfriend are torn between these two name for our little one on the way he likes serenity because it pretty yet powerful but i would love to name my daughter maylynne after my two sisters (meagan is pronounced may-gan) and alynne which is pronounced a- lean- e.

Maylin or Mailyn are better spellings.

I don’t like that spelling of Maylin at all... unnecessarily long and makes it look tacky. My personal favorite spelling is Maelyn. However, I think Maelyn is too close with a Meagan in the family. Serenity is ok, pretty trendy. You might also like Serena, Selina, Sierra, or Sienna.

The problem with Maylynne is no one would pronounce like your sister’s name. If you use it for the middle name then pronunciation isn’t an issue because only you will ever use. Mostly it will just be on forms. Serenity Maylynne Sisson.
Other option is to change spelling. Mayleen or Mayline. Very pretty. A bit like Mabeline.
