Not fake. This was suggested by my daughter who is 6. I’m sorry her name choices don’t suit you.

Triplets definitely like it when their names rhyme... but... boys also love it when their names can be confused with girls’ names... so I don’t know which way to vote. Maybe we can have the best of both worlds with Terry, Jerry, and Carry?

I like Leo, Geo and Theo, but as nicknames for Leonardo, Giovanni and Theodore.

I agree that the 1st name choices, Leo/Geo/Theo, are a little odd but I chose Cooper/Camden/Carter.
Maybe instead of Geo, you could try Keo?

I think this is fake to but in the unlikely event it’s not: I voted Bailey, Morgan and Taylor. Matching initials for multiples is overdone and Leo, Geo and Theo are far too similar

Personally, I would not go with rhyming, same letter, or unisex names. Out of the three, Cooper, Camden, and Carter is the best choice.. though I do like Leo and Theo (but not together).

What about a more subtle theme, like same number of letters?

Leo, Max, Sam
Miles, Aaron, Cason
Luke, Jake, Alex

Leo, Geo, and Theo? Seriously?

So fake. Why would you let your daughter chose your children’s names. If my daughter chose my sons name he would probably be called spongebob?

I prefer the three C names, because it does have a theme as you seem to be looking for... it seems less overdone than rhyming, and hopefully not too confusing for their teachers/friends!
Bailey Morgan and Taylor are awesome together in theory, but i know many of my friends with unisex names were not appreciative of that. fact.

"I like Leo, Geo and Theo, but as nicknames for Leonardo, Giovanni and Theodore." < this comment makes the first option seem more realistic for your daughter’s sake!
