Middle name Annarose? vs. Yes vs. No

Hey guys! It’s Em, I already have 4 kids, Beckett Gabriel, Maeven Elizabeth, Easton Nicholas and Reid Alexander! I am pregnant with my 5th and last, and I want to name her Karis/Carys Annarose? What do you think? Anne is my mother’s middle name and Rose is my grandmother’s middle name, both who I’m very close with. Does it work? Other options were Karis/Carys Madeline/Jacqueline/Rosaline/Juliette/Abigail/Annabelle/Annaleise/Rosalie/Emmaline/Rosemarie!! I know that’s a lot, please tell me your favorite and if Annarose works or if it’s just totally made up!

Carys Annarose is gorgeous! I would spell it Carys to keep it classic and avoid looking too Kardashian-y.

Carys comes from the Welsh word meaning "love," Anna is a form of Hannah/Channah, which means "favour" or "grace," and Rose was actually not originally for the flower! It was a form of a Germanic name which essentially meant "famous" (the elements meant "fame" and "kind") and the original spelling was Roese or Rohese. It was, however, quickly associated with the flower, and has adopted that meaning.

Overall, your daughter would have a beautiful name with a wonderful meaning!

I don’t think Annarose sounds all that made up. It actually sounds pretty traditional.
