All of these names are very nice but Felicity stands out the most imo.

Felicity seems the description the best. The next spot goes to Caroline. Rebecca would be up there for me too if everyone didn’t try to "dumb it down" to Becky.
My sister is a Rebecca and she calls herself Becky and so does everyone else but I absolutely refuse.

Felicity is definitely my top choice and it means happy. I would save Rebecca as a middle name to pair with a short first name.
