Madsen ? vs. Madsen ?
I’m having a little girl and saw Madsen on a website and fell in love with it. I just like how different it is from the typical "Madison/Madeline/Madelyn" . I did a poll last night and got some feedback but I would like more, I am looking for a unique/exctiting/or unisex/boy names for her middle name! Thanks -Lydia

If I’m honest, if I heard it without seeing it written down my brain just hears Madison. I think she’ll spend a lot of time correcting people.

I prefer Madison. Either way she’ll get Maddie at school.

Personally I don’t like the name Maddie, so she will either go by just Madsen or Sonny (not unheard of).
I really just want middle name suggestions, I have already decided on her first name and my family and I love it which is all that matters. -Lydia

It may be just because I’m used to the other names, but I really notice the ’Mad’ in Madsen. I’m not. It’s not awful but I’m fan of -son or -sen names on girls anyway because I think they are masculine.

I like Madsen Elliot, Madsen Reese, and Madsen Gray instead of Grayson because of the the "n" sound. Thank you! -Lydia

Oh sorry when you were asking about more feedback I thought you meant on Madsen. Two unisex names together aren’t my taste but you might like Ainsley?

Madsen isn’t feminine if you put it with a unisex/boy name, everyone will assume a boy on paper. Best go with something feminine.

I like Madsen Ainsley, Madsen Meredith (a lot), and Madsen Rae. Thanks -Lydia
Also I am open to feminine names if they aren\’t very common.
