Twins vs. Triplets vs. 5 kids?
How come everyone on here has 5+ kids? Or triplets or twins? Triplets only happen 1/700 and twins 1/30 yet every other post is about twins or siblings of twins...

Because people like to fantasize about twins and triplets and what they’d name them. It’s a cool fantasy. Of course if someone actually gets pregnant with multiples, reality hits them in the face real quick. Twins are great but there are a lot more potential issues with them. And less time with each one than a person has with a singleton.

Also, with new technology there is fertility treatment and people just have tons of kids.

I think that to myself every time I go on this site. On a single given page at any time, there’ll be at least two different polls about twins, triplets, quads, or even quints. It gets to be quite annoying.

I rather answer a poll that might be fake and actually makes sense than a real poll that has a stupid question, " So wdyt of Joseph for my Daughter?" Or " Which spelling? Brentleigh vs Brently vs Brentlee?" (If that turns out to be a real poll I’m sorry)

Well I cannot answer for anybody else, but I am having twins after 18 yrs of trying and infertiilty treatments (many). I am very excited and scared at the same time. So sorry for the inconvience this has caused you.

The poster probably didn’t mean to hurt you in any way. It’s just a little fishy that so many people have multiple births.(I’m not calling you fake at all.) Twins are actually pretty common nowadays. When I was younger I didn’t know ANY twins. It wasn’t till I was 8 or 9 people started having twins/triplets etc. . Technology has changed.
