Villa on vs. a Girl

What do you think of Villa on a girl? I just thought of it and thought it sounded really nice. Willa is one of my favorite names, so Villa sounds really good to me. Does it to you? On a scale of 1-10 (10 being best), how much do you like it?

A villa is a type of house. I would give villa a 1 and Willa a 7.

I personally don’t think as a stand alone name it works. You would need the perfect middle name that would also go with your surname.

I find it a little weird as a given name. To me its a word and will always me a word. I think you could do much worse though so I give it a 3.

I give it a 1 and would give it a lower score if I could. Villa is just silly as a name because it’s a word for a place to live. A word like valley can work as a name because it’s a beautiful nature feature, villa is just awkward as a name.

Villa isn’t very good for a name so I give it a two. Aston Villa is a soccer team in England. There are similar and better options:

Avila - place name in Spain
Villette - French name
Willa - literary name

3, a "villa" is a luxurious country home. I do like Willow, Willa, Velma, Vera or Valerie.
