Ashlynn vs. ?

Well my wife and I have been pondering over what we want to name our daughter. She is due in October. Well we both liked Ashlynn so we wanted to know what you guys thought. It’s not final so please suggest first names and middle names. Thanks much.

I like Ashlynn alot. The only problem might be that she could be mistaken as Ashley. Otherwise go for it.

Ashlynn is pretty and rare! I like the way it blends two names, Ashley and Lynn.

It’s not pretty or rare. -Lyn names are and have been trendy. They’re just made up. Actually, this is a terribly over done anglicized version of a GREAT Irish name: Aisling. It looks atrocious and I have to say that your daughter has to grow up sometime. Ashlynn is a name that reminds me of pornos and preschool. I can’t imagine the first woman president (or any) named Ashlynn. Can you?

I love the name Ashlynn, although her name will be misspelled a lot, so I’d go with just one N. That way your daughter will probably not get ridiculed as often along the lines of her name being spelled a "trendy" way because her parents want to be different. I also think that Laura Ashlyn is lovely!

i hate the names ashley, lynn and luara i would recomend something like alishia or aleena or alyssa
