We are expecting our second son and we couldn’t all be more excited. Little Big brother is Jude Holloway and together we all chose the name Sonny. This time around we are struggling to find a middle name since we never even looked for Jude as he carried on my maiden name. What would give Sonny a more serious, handsome, and charming flare? I really like a lot of the middle names on your list, my main concern is how well willSonny age on its own. It seems like a nickname and not a full name at all, not tomention picturing a grown man 30+ years from not going by Sonny, unless you are in the mafia it isnt very manly imo. Sorry. I would search for a longer name and call him Sonny for short.

Thank you for the honesty, we had actually planned on naming him Ericson after Daddy since he wanted a Jr and I vetoed it and we’d just call him Sonny most of the time. Then we figured if we were just going to call him Sonny then why not just name him Sonny. We will consider using Ericson as his full name. Does Jude and Ericson still make a good sibset?
