Madeline would be pronounced Mad-uh-LINE by most people.

Madeleine would be the pronunciation you are looking for. Or Madelyn but Madeleine looks nicer.

I like Madelyn. It’s simple, easy to pronounce and looks elegant, imo.

Out of your choices, the one you are looking for is Madelyn. But if someone asked me how to spell mad-uh-lin I would tell them Madeleine- like the Kim Novak character in Vertigo
