All thoughts on vs. Josias Alfred

Thanks to a lot of great help we have chosen the double first name Josias(Joe sigh iss) Alfred for our son to go with his sister Anna Marina. We are currently stuck on his nickname which can either be Jude, Juda, Osias, Shia, Alfie, Oz/Ozzie, or Alpha. Which do you think is the coolest for a nickname? His sister will go by Mina or Marni mainly. Other than the nickname we would just love to hear any feedback about the name itself or how they go together. Thanks again~Zena

Anna Marina is cute as is Josias but Alfred isn’t my style.
I like Shia as a nickname.

Alpha might be cute, but I don’t think it’s such a good idea.
Mina and Shia? Oz is also nice, maybe Juda too. Tough one!
