Those two names are lovely together.

Vivienne is a gorgeous name but I don’t think Sophia fits with it as it’s so popular and, in my opinion, not anywhere near as pretty. My suggestions for names that better fit Vivienne:
Lucille
Lillian
Audrey
Clara
Constance
Penelope
Helena
Eleanor
Ellen
Mathilda
Susannah

They sound wonderful together. Yes, Sophia is very popular now, but if you really love it, you should use it! :)
