Vivienne is SO underused. Lillian is overused. Make her stand out. Vivienne/Vivian is BEAUTIFUL!!!

I like all of the names you listed, voted for Lillian because I love the nn Lily but it is very popular, so if you want to be more unique, I’d say choose one of the others- although, Brangelina just named one of their twins Vivienne so I’d venture to guess we’re going to see a rise in the popularity of Vivienne now, too.

FYI -- Angelina just had her twins and named the girl Vivienne -- so you’re likely to see a surge in popularity of that name. Isn’t that annoying, btw? I always liked Harlow until Nicole Ritchie used it, and now Angelina totally stole your name! ;)
