I voted Catherine, and the C definitely gives it a super girly soft look. I love the C. I prefer the K when spelling it Kathryn. That is when I think the K looks better. GL, and BEATIFUL name, btw, no matter how you end up spelling it! Lydia Kathryn was on my list, until hubby vetoed it! :( We have since decided on Lily Claire. GL!!

K makes the name look hard like "Oi you I’m Katherine"
"Oi you I’m Catherine"

C makes it look softer and nicer like "Hey guys i’m Catherine"
"Hey guys i’m Katherine"
