I voted for Allyson but prefer the spelling Allison. It kinda matches your last name though. I think it would be ok though.

Alyssa Beth, spelled this way.
Allysa looks like all-is-uh instead of uh-lis-uh

Allysa Beth sounds like Elizabeth. Alisa (uh-LEE-suh) Blaire would be better.
