If the name has a nickname, use the nickname if not First Name; Last name Initial (Ex. Ally C.)

I’d do first-middle, but it depends on the names. If it’s something like Cassandra Alexandra then it’d just be too hard to say every time. I actually had three Alexandra’s in my year at school and they all went by different nicknames. Same with the three Jessica’s.

I think first and middle is nicest - when else do you ever really get to hear the middle name?

That said, in my experience it has always been first name, and either surname or initial of surname

depends on the names. at the moment i have Isabelle H, Isabelle S who goes by Izzy, Isabella H who goes by Bella and Isabelle M, very confusing along with Ella and Ellie, plus i have three Jessicas, and Keira and Ciera!

I definitely don’t like the first name, last initial. I would either use a nickname or use the full name (first and middle).
