I don’t like either of these names on a girl. She will definitely be mistaken for a boy.

I realize they’re boy names. our son has a "girl" name (Taylor Brock) so we wanted to do those guidelines too

Taylor is a very handsome name and sounds nice for both genders. I don’t think you need to saddle your daughter with a masculine name just because you used a unisex name with your son. How about Hadley, Avery, or Riley if you want a unisex name?

Taylor is a boy name where I live. I’ve never actually met a girl named Taylor. I have met a boy named Chandler and a few named Rider/Ryder or Reed. You don’t have to go super girly but I agree that Chandler and Reider are both overly masculine. What about Tallis, Rowan or Tait?

Unless there’s a significance, I’d change the spelling of Reider, even just switching the I and E. It looks like Reed-er.
I don’t care for either name, personally. I’ve never been attracted to Chandler and "Rider" just reminds me of "ride her," though that association is dwindling now that so many "Riders" are being born. I’m not sure if your potential "Rider" being a girl makes it more prevalent to me or not. Might make it worse.
Between the two, with the spelling, I’d probably go with Chandler Hope.
Other suggestions:
Monroe Grace
Spencer Hope
Quincy Hope
Arlo Grace
Marlow Grace
Bowen Grace
Remy Grace
Parker Grace
Sawyer Grace
Blakely Hope

I don’t think you’re tied to give your daughter a masculine name because your son has a name that is sometimes used on girls. When you said your son had a girl name I thought you were going to say Sarah or something haha. Taylor was used as a surname before it was used a first name so it doesn’t necessarily belong to one sex. Personally, when I hear the name Taylor my instinct is that the person is a boy. I think can pick something strong for your daughter that compliments Taylor without resorting to using a boy name.

I definitely would’ve said Reider as Ree-der. I also don’t think Ryder is great for a girl. I can’t get past that it sounds like "rider her." Chandler, I prefer for a boy, but I think is the better option for a girl.

Ryder* Reider looks extremely stupid, and Chandler is a male name.
