I find it a little masculine but if you put it with a very girly mn its ok. i know a little girl called Kennedy Rose, which is quite a sweet name.

I don’t like it, but if it’s spelled correctly (as you have it) I can be -almost- neutral about it. If it has a silly spelling then I get a very bad impression. Not as bad as something like Neveah or Mysti, but almost.

I love it! It was one of my girl names, but then I had a boy......(and did not name him Kennedy)

I love it! I love gender-neutral names for girls, but I would probably pair it with a more feminine middle name. Kendall is nice for a girl too.
