Chella vs. Tessa

The name Ch- in Chella is pronounced like the "ch" in the word chair +. We also like Tessa. Thoughts? Was there anyone who would have pronounced Chella like "Shella" ?? Is it confusing? I knew a girl named Chella when I was very young and have always liked the name. WDYT? Ideas for middle names?

don’t really like either of them tbh, i would prn it Chella because it has a ch sound at the front, what about calling her Michelle or Michaela and giving her the nn Chella?

My sister’s name is Chelsea and one of her nicknames is Chella. I’m not sure how I feel about Chella by itself, I think that it’s better as a nickname. I think that Tessa is really cute! Good Luck!

Chella is my daughter’s name. I have received many comments from people. I’ve never had anybody mispronounce it as shella.
