It’s okay. It’s nice, classic and strong but hard to spell (for a child) and only "okay" when it comes to my style. I don’t seem to be fond of names starting the G.

I like traditional first names with rare middle names, and Leah Genevieve has just been crossed off my list. But it’s a beautiful name. I just don’t prefer it as a first name. Good luck.

i love it, i think it might be a bit difficult to spell but your kid will learn to spell it in time, i also love the suggestion of Evangeline, ask him again and see what he says, possible nicknames are Eve,Evie,Evan,Angel.

I love it!!! And every "Genevieve" I’ve ever met has been very intelligent & sweet. As far as difficulty spelling it, your daughter could always just write "Gen" or even "Eve". Go with it!! Good luck!
