Spelling Shay as Chaix is great . I love the spelling !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like different spellings then very normal spellings & its not spelled that they cant sound it out

I honestly would not have thought Chaix was pronounced Shay but once you have corrected someone once its not that big a deal and it is a middle name, so if you like it go with it.
