Sadie is my favorite; Kaitlyn is my second favorite. I think Sadie goes better with Anne.
Kayleigh just sounds too teen momish and won’t age well.

Caitlin is the traditional spelling. Caitlin Anne Lambert is very nice. Sadie is a diminutive of Sara(h). Sara(h) ("princess") will age better than Sadie. Sarah Anne nn Sadie would be lovely.

Sadie is adorable and is my first choice. Kaitlyn (or Caitlin) would be a close second.
Don’t care for Kayleigh (I any spelling at all). Agree that it seems a little Teen Mom-y

If the spelling is Caitlin I would vote for that but I voted for Sadie of your choices. Caitlin is the traditional spelling.
