It sort of depends on what they are.

Depends on how many there are.

It depends on the names. If they are like totally matchy; Kayla, Kane and Kaylie then yes its ridiculous but if the names were like Stella, Sophie, Scarlett and Sebastian then it would be fine.

My opinion is not to do if because I think that each child needs their own individuality.

I think it’s cute. My cousins’ names all start with the same letter. (Their parents’ too.)

I have two kids and they both start with B’s. I didn’t do it on purpose I just happened to like names that both started with the same letter.

I don’t think it’s ridiculous at all.

I think it’s cute. My friend is called Michelle, married to Mario, with daughters Mischa and Mila and it’s lovely! If you like it go for it

Oh, for God’s sake....individuality=different initials????? CRAZY!!

Ridiculous, definitely. It just makes things confusing, and I feel like after a few kids the parents don’t even really like the names, because they’ve limited themselves to only names beginning with one letter.

It depends for me. If the names not too close sounding then I think it’s okay but otherwise it’s probably too much.

I don’t have a problem with it, but I wouldn’t do it personally.

I don’t mind if it’s 2 children and the parents just happened to really love 2 names starting with the same letter. However, I don’t see the point of doing it for the sake of it and I really dislike the obsession with giving twins matching names as I feel they need their own individuality rather than being lumped together as a pair.
