I personally like Ramona better. But of the pronunciations for Rowena, I prefer Row-ENN-ah. Not ever having hear the name before, I probably would have looked at it and said Row-EEN-ah though.

Rowena Lily is gorgeous. I prefer the -eena pronunciation.
