The spelling with a "z" reminds me too much of maize, which is another word for corn. I would spell it Maisie or Maisy because of that.

Maisie, please use Maisie. William, Benjamin, Sasha and Maisie look wonderful and cohesive. Maizie would break the harmony with the kreaytiv spelling.

We will be using one of the three spellings we have posted, but thank you for the suggestions and advice. We want it to be pronounced like May-zee and not May-see in case someone wasn’t aware.

Maisie is pronounced May-zee. I know a lovely lady who spells it Maisie & pronounces it May-zee.

Daisy has a zee sound but uses an s.

Maizie seems like the obvious choice. The others look too contrived and confusing. At least with this one she can says "Maisie, with a Z."
